Worked out from UPS Rate and Service Guide, dimensional weight calculation and 10 other sources.

How this is worked out

4 steps
  1. LTL freight bills the scale weight, so no dimensional weight is calculated: 8 lb.
  2. 8 lb is 0.08 hundredweight; 0.08 x 0 = 0.
  3. Length plus girth = 18 + 2 x (12 + 10) = 62.
  4. Density 6.4 lb per cubic foot puts this in NMFC class 150.
