Cancellation Policy
Cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing, which opens the customer portal of the payment provider you paid through. The portal confirms the date the subscription ends. No email or phone call is required, and there is no cancellation fee.
Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep Personal until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then returns to the free plan: everything you saved stays readable, exportable and deletable; you can keep 5 saved calculations and 1 private link, and you can create new ones once you are within those limits or upgrade again.
Cancelling does not refund past charges by itself; see the Refund Policy for the 14-day money-back promise. If Personal is still active after the end date shown in the portal, write to support@calculatorfox.org and we will correct it and refund any charge made in error.
