Refund Policy

14-day money-back promise

Any Personal charge, the first payment or a renewal, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the charge. No reason is needed. Email support@calculatorfox.org from the account's address with the payment provider and the receipt or transaction reference. Do not send card details.

After 14 days

Later requests are considered case by case, for example when the service was unavailable for a significant part of the period or a billing error occurred. We do not otherwise refund the unused remainder of a period; cancelling stops the next renewal instead. Where the law where you live gives you a longer or unconditional right to a refund, that right applies.

Your statutory cooling-off right

Consumers in the EU, UK and similar jurisdictions have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital service contract. Because Personal starts immediately when you pay, you agree at checkout that the service begins at once; our 14-day money-back promise gives you the same protection in practice.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go to the original payment method through the payment provider you used. They are issued within 5 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it. A full refund ends Personal access at once; your saved data stays readable and exportable under the free plan limits.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we resolve almost everything within one business day. A chargeback pauses Personal access while it is reviewed, and access is restored if the dispute is resolved in your favour or the charge is paid.
